Fan Co. Fights Hiscock & Barclay's Attempted IP Row Dodge
Oak Forest filed suit against Home Depot and King of Fans Inc. in 2008, alleging it sold leaf fan blades to King of Fans, which in turn attached the blades to fan motors and sold the finished products to Home Depot as the Antigua Hampton Bay ceiling fan.
